By commissioning with hi fridays, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

General:

  • Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change depending on the image reference. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.

  • Hi Fridays reserves the right to reject a commission for reasons that may take conflict.

  • All artwork is transferred digitally via email for better quality.

Usage Policy:

Hi Fridays commission is a personalized digital artwork drawn with our art style of your favorite image reference that will only be for Personal Use.Commercial Use of the artwork will be only allowed with additional fees and by informing us beforehand.Hi Fridays reserves the right to the artwork and the right to post it; if you would like your commission to be private, please let us know.

Deadlines:

Duration time will depend on the details of the artwork and workload.Typically, one (1) artwork should take no longer than one (1) week. Hi Fridays will provide an estimated time if it takes any longer.Notifying us of Rush Orders with a minimum working days of three (3), refer to prices; Let us know earlier upon contact or briefing together with additional fees.

Copyright

Artist (Hi Fridays) retains all copyright of the artwork. The customer may publicly share the artwork and use it on display for private use.HOWEVER, any reproduction of the work, especially reproductions that will be used for profit or commercial uses are STRICTLY PROHIBITED unless approved by the artist plus additional fees. Failing to comply may result in legal action.

Sharing of Artwork

Sharing of the artwork on social media is allowed as it is vital for the artist’s marketing purposes. When the customer share the artwork on social media or other public means, the customer should GIVE CREDIT to the artist through clear/visible labeling, tagging, or verbal acknowledgement.If the artwork will be shared multiple times in one place, one initial credit is sufficient for remaining displays (Example: If the customer posts the artwork on Facebook multiple times, it is only necessary to tag the artist once in the first post). Remaining tags are appreciated.

Delivery of Digital Art

Once the artwork is finished, the file will be sent to your given email address for better quality.

Reminders:

  • Kindly provide us with a reference photo of your liking (clearer images would be much appreciated).

  • Upon art completion, the artwork will be sent as a .png file (transparent background). If you wish to have a background, please let us know for any background details.

  • Please DO NOT use artwork for any type of AI-generated or NFT.

  • Commercial Use will only be allowed with additional fees.

  • A contract will be provided during the briefing for the commission agreement.
